Ever notice how a good BM–or lack thereof– can make or break your day? Here are some helpful additions to your daily routine:
• Chewing gum
• Foods with fiber: oat bran, ground flax, dried prunes and figs (soaked overnight in water), nuts and seeds, whole grains, beans, leafy greens, other veggies, fruit skins. Kale works wonders–raw, steamed, sauteed or made into chips!
• Lots of water
• Aloe Vera juice
• Probiotics
• Exercise
• Massaging the belly in a clockwise direction. Try rubbing in some castor oil. Put a warm cloth and hot water bottle on top. Here’s a diagram of the colon to help you find your way around.
