1. Harriet, any tips for night time leg and foot cramps. I have tried just about every remedy over the years – mustard, vinegar, turmeric, pickle juice, tonic water, bar of soap under the sheets, heating pad, stretching, tennis ball – plus others I can’t recall at the moment. I read recently that 1/2 c. pumpkin seeds daily are a good cure.

    • Quinine water (as in tonic water) is the go-to remedy, but I see it didn’t work for you. Did you ever try chamomile tea? It’s often used for muscle cramps. Buy the Egyptian (also known as German) chamomile and steep for 15 minutes. No guarantees, but it’s worth a try. What does your doctor say? You’re missing certain nutrients in your diet?
